ChEMystery 2.0 was an exciting and intellectually stimulating experience that brought chemistry to life beyond textbooks. Blending knowledge, strategy, and hands-on experimentation, the event challenged participants to think critically, solve complex problems, and apply chemical principles in real-world scenarios. With each round increasing in intensity, teams navigated intriguing puzzles and practical challenges, making their way through a thrilling scientific journey to emerge victorious
Element X
The journey began with ElementX, where teams deciphered cryptic hints to identify chemical elements. Armed with their knowledge of periodic properties, they carefully placed the elements on a large periodic table pinned to the wall. This round tested not just memory but also the ability to connect element characteristics with real-world applications, setting the stage for deeper exploration.
Alchemy Adventure
The teams that advanced entered the Alchemy Adventure, where they were assigned rooms filled with hidden cheat papers containing crucial element properties. Racing against time, participants had to uncover every clue, piecing together information to crack a complex chemical reaction. This round encouraged keen observation, logical reasoning, and a deep understanding of element behavior in reactions
The ChEMystery Endgame
In the final showdown, The Endgame, teams faced their toughest challenge yet identifying unknown chemical samples through hands-on experimentation. Conducting a series of chemical tests, they analyzed reactions, recorded observations, and prepared a detailed report on their findings. This round not only tested their practical skills but also emphasized precision, analytical thinking, and scientific documentation
