Our Induction Program is designed to welcome new members into our thriving community, helping them connect with peers, explore opportunities, and gain insights into AIChE Global. Through engaging sessions, interactive discussions, and mentorship, we ensure a smooth transition, empowering every member to grow, contribute, and make the most of their AIChE experience.
2024 Batch
Freshers were introduced to the transformative impact of AIChE through interactive demonstrations, industry insights, and networking opportunities. To support their journey, a mentorship program was launched, connecting them with experienced seniors for guidance. The event also featured insightful discussions on research, career growth, and hands-on activities, fostering curiosity and a spirit of innovation
2023 Batch
The 2023 Induction emphasized creativity, collaboration, and career growth. Freshers were introduced to AIChE’s impact through discussions on research, industry collaborations, and leadership opportunities. A hands-on team challenge encouraged problem-solving and teamwork, allowing them to experience AIChE’s dynamic and forward-thinking environment firsthand.

With a strong focus on collaboration and engagement, the 2022 Induction featured insightful sessions from senior members, sharing their AIChE experiences and achievements. Fun team-building activities and an interactive Q&A session encouraged freshers to actively participate and build excitement for the journey ahead

The inaugural Induction laid the foundation for an exciting journey, introducing freshers to AIChE’s objectives, past accomplishments, and upcoming initiatives. Icebreaker activities and interactive discussions created a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring that every new member felt part of a supportive and innovative community from day one
